  • Creating a locker is very straight forward and just a matter of going down the list until all settings have been completed. Here is a basic overview:

    Add New Locker

    1. From the WP Locker Dashboard > click “Add New Locker
    2. Start from the top and modify the settings of the locker.
      1. Note: Global Locker means this locker will override all lockers and be assigned to every page or post on the site.
    3. Once you completed click “save”, you will then be directed back to the WP Locker Dashboard.
    4. If you did not set the locker as global you will now need to click the “assign” link under the locker name.
    5. Select the pages or posts that you would like this locker to be assigned too, click “save” once done.
    6. All done, the locker should be displaying to where you assigned it too.

    • Assigning more than one locker to a page, will stack the lockers, this can be good if they have different Geo-Targeting or conditions however can confuse visitors to have to complete more than one locker if the same. The newest displayed locker will always appear first, unless a global locker has been set.
    • Global lockers will always overrule any other locker, therefore if you want to assign lockers than you will need to deactivate the global locker.
    • Responsive design websites can cause problems with display, if you find this, try using a smaller image for the locker.

  • Most affiliate networks will allow you insert your conversion pixel or post back URL on offers. Depending on their platform the network can assist with this. Pixel examples related to your install are available below the Dashboard table.

Example 1: Has Offers based Networks

Easy Method – Post Back URL

    1. Select offer you would like to promote
    2. Navigate down the offer page until you find the “CONVERSION PIXELS / URLS” area.

    • The [VISITOR_ID] in the example pixels (WP Locked Dashboard) needs to be replaced with a variable that is dynamic to stop image caching. For a Has Offers network, replace with {ran} as an example.

This example could be used on any page where you want the locker to unlock, such as a form completion page, Facebook page etc. You can get a image pixel example for your install from the WP Locked Dashboard area.
